At Scumbags and Scallywags, we want every order to arrive just right — but if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to sort it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t offer returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preferences. Please double-check your sizing and order details before confirming your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged:

We’ll happily send you a free replacement.
To request one, please:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

• Include your order number and a short explanation

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered

• Dislike of colour or design

We follow the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which means you’re entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty — including a replacement or refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
